// Handmade ceramic triangles repeat in varying sizes, directions and ocean hues, creating a rhythm that evokes the movement of the sea. Layers of matt and glossy glazes catch light and shade, causing the surface to change continuously. The triangular forms echo the geometry of the roof of the exhibition hall, bringing the organic movement of the ceramics into dialogue with the strong architectural lines. Oak anchors the piece in the space, while colour and light reference the atmosphere of Museum Ordrupgaard’s paintings and their depictions of sea and nature.
