Impression of a Chair er et tredimensionelt billede af en stol, opbygget af penselstrøg i UV-hærdende resin. Hvert strøg hærdes med lys, før det næste føjes til. Lyset gør det muligt at opbygge lag på lag med penslen og fastholde strøgene som fysisk form. Lyset falder dermed ikke blot på stolen, men bliver medskaber af dens form og materialitet som et malet indtryk og en forestilling fastholdt som fysisk objekt. // Impression of a Chair is a three-dimensional image of a chair, constructed of brushstrokes in UV resin. Each layer hardens under the influence of light before the next layer is added. Thus, light makes it possible to apply one layer after the other, using a brush, and preserving the layers as physical form. Thus, the light not only falls on the chair but is actively involved in creating its form and materiality, like a painted impression and a vision turned physical object.
