// (木漏れ日) Ko (木): wood More (漏れ): seeping, leaking or passing through Bi (日): sun or sunlight – a Japanese word describing the sunlight that breaks through the leaves of the tree crowns. The word refers to the dancing, flickering interplay of light and shade that appears on the ground or the forest floor as the sun moves, and the wind stirs the leaves. In my interpretation of the concept, the pole structure acts as the rays of the sun, the trays as leaves.
